The Client: The Classic Theatre is an independent community theater in St. Augustine run by a volunteer board of directors. 

The Goal: ACT needed a website that was fresh and graphic, but that could be updated easily by any board member without any special knowledge.

The Solution: We opted to build a website for them on the WIX.com platform, and they are very happy with the ease of the interface.

VIP Solutionss set up this fledgling business in St. Johns County.Administration

Bricks 4 Kidz Franchise, St. Johns County, Florida

The Client: Launched in 2016, this independent franchise of the popular program provided on-site after school programs for schools in St. Johns County. 

The Goal: While the franchise manager knew all about Legos and the school districts, she needed administrative support to launch her business.

The Solution: Working with VIP Solutions, the company was launched in a matter of weeks, including banking and merchant account; necessary state, county and local registrations; school district contracts and compliance.  VIP provided all bookkeeping including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll reporting.

Additionally, we got our approved vendor status and were able to substitute in the classroom when duty called!

Chef Warren Caterson, Sarasota, Florida

The Client: Award-winning cookbook author and celebrity chef Warren Caterson does in-home dinners as well as guest appearances at festivals and home shows of all sizes

The Goal: Warren needed a website that highlighted his talents, provided an on-online marketing tool, and sold his collection of cookbooks marketed under the title, A Table for Two. 

The Solution: The site was designed to communicate Warren’s sense of fun and personality, and includes upcoming appearances as well as photos and videos of past performances.

Warren also needed to establish several professional email accounts to separate leads coming from his website, which we were able to provide.

First Coast Opera, St. Augustine, Florida

The Client: First Coast Opera began in 2000 and produces full operas as well as evenings of cabaret and show tunes.

The Goal: FCO needed someone to coordinate advertisers and talent, and to produce their Playbills for each production.

The Solution: VIP was able to work with all parties and typeset the programs, including text and artwork.  Where no artwork was provided, VIP created ads and content.

St. Augustine Youth Orchestra, St. Augustine, Florida

The Client: SAYO is committed to fostering musicianship for students by providing quality music education, mentoring, and performance opportunities. SAYO encourages young players to develop their talents and prepares students for a career in music.

The Goal: SAYO needed to create a website and establish emails for its board members and artistic staff.  Additionally it needed support with accounting, business filings, grant and tax applications.

The Solution: After identifying the needs of the young organization, a website was created that addressed the public as well as providing communication between students and teachers.

Additionally, VIP Solutions provided clerical support to collect fees and make payments, report quarterly P&L to the board of directors, and handle federal forms (990, 1099-MISC) and state and local filings.

Finally VIP Solutions was successful in filing a 501(c)3 application for non-profit status.

St. Augustine Concert Band, St. Augustine, Florida

The Client: The Saint Augustine Concert Band (SACB) was originally established back in the early 1900’s with a small military style band of about 16 members.  Unfortunately, as the years went by and with the impact of the depression, the band eventually disbanded until 2015 when St. Augustine got its very own concert band back!

The Goal: To go along with the new launch of the band in 2015, they needed a website that would let them promote the band, upcoming events and provide a library of some past concerts.  They wanted to be able to sell tickets online.

The Solution: We designed a website which is simple to navigate, mobile friendly and works with their chosen third party to process ticket sales. In addition we linked to Facebook and YouTube to help deliver their message.

Sterry Piano Company, St. Augustine, Florida

The Client: Established in 1983, Sterry Piano Company opened as the premier piano restoration company in St. Augustine, Florida. The store repairs, services and sells pianos along with music lessons and accessories. 

The Goal: To create a website that clearly presents inventory and sales opportunities to its visitors while establishing trust through is wealth of experience. Additionally, staff needed to be able to use the site to manage sales and inventory.

The Solution: The eventual website was designed with an interface that would allow Sterry staff members to track sales, manage inventory.  North Florida was able to create a user-friendly manual and performed on-site training for new employees.

Additionally, North Florida made recommendations for LLO and social media in marketing efforts.

The Metro Band, North Florida

The Client: A new band in the North Florida area, The Metro Band needed a platform to share their message, music and songs to audiences as well as potential employers. 

The Goal: In addition to a website, The Metro Band wanted a coordinated launch on social media.  Additionally they needed a behind-the-scenes page for band members to post practice sets and rehearsal tracks.  The band manager also needed a dedicated, professional email address.

The Solution: Two websites were launched, one public and one private. In addition, a coordinated social media campaign was created that included Facebook, Twitter and an industry tool, ReverbNation. 

An account and templates were created in MailChimp as well to increase the band’s reach.
